Major Building Contractor represented in Kazakhstan, Vietnam and UAE is seeking a Personal Assistant to support the owner in his broad business issues and international travel arrangements.

📌 Main Responsibilities
✔Provides administrative, visa, accommodation and logistical support for the Owner and his family members
✔Coordinate and execute complex and detailed travel itineraries and agendas
✔Booking and making changes to existing flight/ accommodation reservations
✔Manage migration support for the foreign staff
✔Communicate and follow-through with various agencies and vendors
✔Maintenance owner in business trips
📌 Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
2. Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized
3. Fluent English
4. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and up-to-date online platforms and programs
