KIVORK, an international IT company, is looking for a diligent, accountable and result-oriented person who thrives at attracting new talents and who will be responsible for proactively sourcing IT candidates worldwide.

No previous experience is required. We will teach you all you need to know!

You are a great asset to us if:

• You are fluent in Russian and have a decent English level
• You have strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• You have good knowledge of MS Office packages, Google Sheets/Docs
• Basic knowledge of IT or/and previous experience in the IT recruitment field would be an advantage

What you will do:

• Create and post job announcements on various recruitment platforms
• Search for candidates on various platforms, screen profiles, provide a shortlist
• Interact closely with the recruiting team
• Track hiring activity within the applicant tracking system
• Provide necessary reports
