Deloitte is seeking a Tender and Proposal Specialist to join the Internal Client Services department at the Almaty office.

We provide professional services to local and international organizations in various industries across Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan.


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the Construction and Forensic Group to collect all documentation required to bid for tenders
  • Study publications, databases and web portals for upcoming tenders; receive and distribute requests for proposal
  • Maintain and update CV, credential and accreditation databases; work with CV owners to ensure CVs are up to date
  • Apply for and maintain corporate accreditation in the required operating areas; work with service providers in this respect
  • File tender bids, either electronically or in hard copy, on behalf of Deloitte
  • Work with proposal templates to create customised draft proposals
  • Cover for other Tender and Proposal Assistants during times of vacation and illness


Qualifications:

  • ​​​​​​Higher education
  • 1–2 years of relevant work experience would be a plus
  • Computer literacy with experience using MS Office programmes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Russian (minimum IELTS 6.5 or equivalent)
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure on several projects simultaneously and to strict deadlines
