Responsibilities:

Manage administrative work including office supplies, orders, and travel arrangements; organize and update company files; prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets; manage all the office general affairs.
Work co-operatively, as part of a team to provide efficient and effective administrative support to staff, and completes operational requirements.
Coordinate with professional services providers to keep compliance with the operation of the local branch
Provide secretarial and administrative support to management and other staff.
Coordinate internal cross-functional projects, activities, and tasks up to top management’s request.

Requirements:

3-4 year students in related disciplines, such as English or Chinese major etc. is preferred
Comfortable in International/Multi-culture work environment
Motivation to carry out multi-task, cross-functional work
English proficiency is a must, and Chinese proficiency is highly desirable
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
