Decathlon is a French sporting goods retailer. With over 1647 stores in nearly 1000 cities in 57 countries and regions, it is the largest sporting goods retailer in the world.

The company manages the research, design, production, logistics, and distribution of its products in-house. Markets own brands directly to consumers in Decathlon-branded stores & e-commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain company-wide security policies and procedures.
• Perform regular internal and external security audits.
• Advise on best practices for securing data and information systems.
• Coordinate responses to security incidents and breaches.
• Train staff on security awareness and procedures.
• Review, assess, and mitigate penetration tests and vulnerability assessments.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Prepare reports and documentation for both technical and non-technical staff.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a cyber security role.
• Strong knowledge of network protocols, operating systems, and security infrastructures.
• Experience with firewall administration, intrusion detection systems, and antivirus solutions.
• Familiarity with encryption technologies and secure communications.
• Understanding of risk management and cybersecurity frameworks.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Security certifications like CISSP, CISM, CISA, or CompTIA Security+.
