Описание вакансии: HR Recruitment Specialist - Talent Group - ICS Department

Internal Client Services provides crucial support for our company's principal activities. Recruitment and training, finance and accounting, brand and business development, IT support. These are just a few functions performed by teams in our department. ICS specialists understand the needs of the business and are ready to solve the most urgent and important tasks

The role will involve:

• Develop vacancy announcements, send them as internal announcement
• Placing new vacancies in the internet, Facebook, LinkedIn, other social media networks
• Searching, comparison and attraction of qualified candidates, through the job search websites, social networking channels, and other resources
• Source candidates for respective service areas/functions
• Pre-screen candidates for experienced and senior levels
• Working with internal clients, providing them suitable and strong CVs
• Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies
• Coordinate interviewing teams and schedules
• Manage all communication with candidates
• Communicate needs to client service staff to generate referrals/leads
• Ensure information is properly maintained for reporting purposes on a regular weekly and monthly basis
• Run database of candidates

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience in a professional services or large corporate environment (min 2-3 years)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in Russian and English (Upper-Intermediate);
• Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, multi-tasking environment
• Ability to quickly acquire an understanding of relevant firm businesses, recruiting policies, procedures, and systems
• Ability to build strong relationships and networks with candidates and internal stakeholders
• Consultative approach toward clients and ability to influence others
• Proficient skills in various technologies (i.e, Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems);
