REQUIREMENTS

Education & Professional Qualification:


Third or fourth year of study student

English (upper-intermediate) & Russian. Kazakh would be an advantage.

Experienced in MS office programs

Understanding of SMM technologies (KPIs and promotions)

DUTIES

Execute on the annual Mars Academy / employer reputation plan

Coordinate major online and offline employer reputation interactions and events

Develop, and promote Mars social media channels and campaigns

Participate in Mars Be Well health and wellbeing program aimed to promote healthy lifestyle among associates

Participate in the preparation and delivery of internal corporate events

Monitor project

documentation and communications
