Ensures technical support and assistance to external and internal customers of the company, and employees involved in the sales process upon request;
Supervises and performs all necessary actions related to product certification process;
Grievance management linked with technical aspects of the company's products;
Monitors and updates technical information and company’s database;
Arranges field consultations, seminars and lectures on the company's products in the regions according to the agreed plan, and at the request of customers;
Ensures work for obtaining all necessary approvals and specifications manufacturers (including local) of industrial products;
Participates in carrying out all the marketing campaigns of the company (exhibitions, seminars, promotions, projects);
Involves in the negotiations and transactions with the technical side;
Participates in compiling and editing of marketing materials on technical part (articles, brochures, product catalogs);
Consults the logistics department on certification and standardization;
Provides managers, employees and customers with reliable information on the technical and certification aspects of the company.
