We are seeking a well organized and customer service focused individual to join our busy team. Your focus will be to reflect a positive and professional corporate image and provide prompt clerical support to the office and clients in a friendly and efficient manner.

our responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

∙ Ensuring the office is operated in an efficient, courteous and friendly manner;

∙ Welcome guests and clients;

∙ Collecting, sorting, recording, sending and reporting information;

∙ Providing support for all staff and Administration Manager in particular as required;

∙ Responsible for telephone messages being passed onto the relevant people in a timely and accurate manner;

∙ Ensure all incoming calls are screened and announced for office staff and directed to the relevant staff;

∙ Responsible for arranging all catering;

∙ As directed, coordinated drivers, meeting venues or conference bookings.

To be successful you’ll need:

∙ Well developed interpersonal and communication skills;

∙ To be computer literate (MS Office suite);

∙ To have a high level of clerical ability;

∙ To be well organised and have the ability to work under pressure;

∙ To be an effective team player with a positive attitude;

∙ The ability to learn quickly and to accept new challenges;

∙ Initiative – Performs tasks in a self-directed way, taking on opportunities, relationships or projects independently to achieve valuable outcomes;

∙ To speak fluent English and Chinese
