Описание вакансии: Inter Territory Accountant

We are looking for an Inter-territory Accountant for our Shared Service Center (SSC). SSC will provide accounting services for the Eurasia region (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Azerbaijan). This is an opportunity for a talented, self-motivated individual to develop their skill set and network in PwC, working with experienced Accounting and Finance practitioners across the region.

Your main duty will be to process and manage inter territory payable and provide related accounting support to entities across Eurasia region.

Job title: Inter-territory Accountant

Your responsibilities:

• Keep track and process invoices and inter territory outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures;
• Perform day to day financial transactions including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording inter-territory accounts payable data;
• Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all invoices are accounted for and properly posted;
• Verify discrepancies;
• Preparation of reconciliation acts;
• Insuring timely payment of the invoices;
• Communications with territories;
• Monthly check of balances;
• Generate internal and external reports detailing accounts payable status;
• Working with internal financial programs: SUN, i-POS and etc;
• Preparation of acts of acceptance and other documents for statutory and tax purposes;
• Preparation of statistical reports;
• Allocations and monthly closing procedures.

Personality requirements and skills:

• graduate degree in finance or economics;
• at least one/ two years of experience on similar position;
• sound knowledge of generally accepted accounting and bookkeeping principles and procedures;
• knowledge of accounts payable and monthly period end closing;
• good communication skills in English, oral and written;
• advanced user of MS Excel and Google;
• ability to think and plan ahead, be flexible, accurate and quickly shift gears in a dynamic environment, to cope with tight deadlines;
• ability to work as part of a team, whether with your colleagues or the practice with the ability to share and collaborate, creating a positive team spirit;
• strong intellectual, organizational & technical skills with a desire to seek new learning opportunities to stay technical and relevant.
