REQUIREMENTS

JSC "Tengri Partners Investment Banking" - ("TPIB") is pleased to announce the start of

its paid summer internship for 3rd year bachelor's degree students!

Internship at TPIB is a great opportunity for students to start their career in a leading

investment bank in Central Asia gaining invaluable understanding on the investment

banking industry and developing your skills while rotating through different divisions of

TPIB.

During the internship, students will:

- work in a professional and strong team of specialists,

- gain real work experience and put into practice the knowledge gained during training

and university

- learn how to work with various financial instruments in practice

- participate in the development of new solutions and projects

- acquire other skills necessary for a successful career start.

WHO CAN BECOME A PARTICIPANT OF THE INTERNSHIP:

— Students of the 3rd year of full-time bachelor's degree in "Finance", "Banking", “Law”

and “Economics”

— Interested in gaining practical knowledge of the investment banking industry.

— Having good academic performance, an average score of at least 3.75 GPA.

— Ready to train for 3 months in the summer.

— Those who wish to secure a place in the training program with further employment

after graduation.

SALARY paid

DUTIES Selection stages:

1 . From January 20, 2023 to February 20, 2023, leave click on the internship.

2 . From March 1 to March 15, 2023, conducting an interview

with HR Department where you can tell about yourself, about the choice of your degree , about professional interests, professional experience (if any), as well as about career

plans and expectations.

3 . From April 03 to April 14, 2023, the final interview. At this stage, a decision is made to accept a student for an internship. Candidates who have successfully passed all stages of selection process will pass to the final. The

selected candidates will be informed by phone or email about their enrollment in the internship program.
