REQUIREMENTS

Minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an accredited University,

Fluent English and Russian skills required (written and verbal). MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Significant Experience in use of Email and Web Based Technology.

DUTIES

Advise undergraduate students.

Assists the Associate Dean on academic advising of students.

Assist the Associate Dean in the preparation of promotional materials for programs and research activities

Receive and orient students, faculty and administrators and process their requests, providing necessary information;

Assist with learning assessment and quality assurance;

Help manage and supervise social media and social events

Participate in program promotion and recruitment activities

Assist with scheduling of classes, meetings, special events and workshops;

Responsible for reviewing, editing and updating program information presented in the Catalog;

Checking graduation checklists (in the absence of departments’ assistants);

Assisting in Dual Degree programs development and launching these programs;

Taking Minutes of meetings;

Work with Registrar, Library, Career Center, Corporate Development and other KIMEP units;

Manage relevant database applications and prepare various reports;

Assist in faculty orientation;

Responsible for editing and proofreading all program brochures;

Responsible for reviewing and updating program information presented on the Website;

Assist the Associate Dean in any conferences, seminars and workshops;

Assists the Associate Dean in budgetary functions as required;

Manage logistics of student thesis/dissertation preparation and presentations

Manage logistics of State/Comprehensive Exams;

Work on promotion of all undergraduate programs.

Manage social media related to BCB undergraduate programs

Visit company/industry for promotion of BCB programs

Organize social events/activities.
