Business & Personal Assistant for Anastasia Sartan - a US-based data scientist, serial female entrepreneur, and the founder of Grintern.co

Fluent English - you will be writing content on Anastasia’s behalf and be the first person to contact potential partners and journalists. You should be able to communicate with them freely (and for sure with no grammar/spelling/typing mistakes).

Very strong written & spoken communication skills - you will be in charge of writing engaging content for the LinkedIn community, and communicating with potential partners, so we expect you to be able to communicate with them clearly & be able to catch Anastasia's tone of voice when writing something.

Previous experience in creating landing pages, working on PR projects, and project management campaigns.

Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. Anastasia doesn’t like micromanagement, so you’ll need to find your own ways of resolving any issues in the best possible way.

Proactivity - you have a strong desire to help Anastasia's projects grow and are always ready to suggest ideas for improvement.

Structured mindset - you can think independently on how to solve certain problems, ensuring procedures are followed, schedules are met, paperwork is handled, etc.

Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about every small detail and the one who checks for the mistakes of others.

Organizing skills - you manage your time effectively and know what you need to do at least a week ahead.

Working hours:

You will need to adjust your schedule to have 4 overlapping hours with Anastasia daily; please note that she lives in California, so you'll need to adjust to the PST time zone (press here to check your time difference with the PST time zone). The remaining 4 hours per day are flexible.

What we offer:

Part-time (4 working hours per day, 5/2) OR Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students, who are able to work during the needed hours, or recent graduates. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

DUTIES

What will you be doing?

Marketing and PR-related tasks - you will need to write press releases, communicate with journalists and potential partners, maintain Anastasia's Linkedin account, creating story-telling content about her & Grintern; you may have to think about the re-branding of Grintern as well.

User research for new business opportunities around food tech - you will have to search for respondents and conduct user interviews with them; conduct market research looking for the best development options, and do research on production opportunities.

Help with the tasks for the "anti-war art" project of Anastasia and her husband.

Personal tasks related, for example, to finding real estate opportunities in different countries, calendar planning, booking hotels, plane tickets, etc.
