Main functions:
- To deliver guest luggage to/from the guest rooms.
- Carefully make loading, unloading, transportation and delivery of luggage to/from guest rooms.
- To ensure safety of things and luggage.
- To keep in an order luggage rooms and carts for luggage transportation.
- To provide information about transport services in the city, taxi services, delivery and other.
- Organize the transportation upon guest request.
- To provide information about the events which are taking place in the hotel and to specify a way to guests in the necessary direction.
- To report timely to a management about all claims of the guests and conflict situations arising in hotel.
- To know the working schedule and location of all restaurants, bars, offices and other institutions which are in the hotel premises.
- To answer the phone calls according to standards of the hotel, to transfer the calls.
Requirements:
- Spoken English
- Good communication skills
- Computer user
- Ability to work different shifts
