REQUIREMENTS

*Overview:*

We are based in Dubai and seeking a dedicated and experienced Homeschooling Tutor to provide personalized education and care for our 7-year-old son, who is currently following the International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum. The ideal candidate will be highly qualified, fluent in English, and have prior experience working with children. In addition to tutoring, the role involves engaging with our son in his interests, such as sports, movies, and games, and providing occasional babysitting. Flexibility to travel with our family across the U.S. and Europe is essential.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- Provide comprehensive homeschooling support in line with the IB curriculum.

- Tailor lessons to meet the individual learning needs and interests of the child.

- Engage in activities such as sports, movies, games, and other interests of the child.

- Babysit and ensure the child’s well-being during the family’s travels.

- Travel with the family as needed, ensuring consistency in the child's education and care.

- Work full-time on Saturdays and Sundays, with flexible hours during the week.

- Maintain educational records and provide regular progress updates.

DUTIESQualifications:*

- Fluency in English (both spoken and written).

- Relevant teaching qualifications and experience with children.

- Experience with the IB curriculum is highly preferred.

- Open-minded, adaptable, and energetic approach to both education and play.

- Ability to travel internationally (preferably EU nationality or ability to travel within the U.S. and Europe without visas).

*Requirements:*

- Previous experience homeschooling or teaching children in a formal setting.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to engage with children in various activities (sports, movies, games, etc.).

- Flexibility to accommodate the family’s travel schedule.

- A valid passport and the ability to travel frequently (preferably EU, UK or US passport).
